The Big Day

Today was the big day we have waited for, for the past eight years. Anna's Baptism.
We started preparing weeks ago.

Katie got her hair just right.

My friend Julie Lara took fabulous pictures at the Mesa Arts Center. Here are some of our favorites.

One of the most special things about today is that Nathan baptized Anna.

Here they are getting ready to leave.

Walking to the stake center.

In front of the font.

In the foyer in front of the Christ picture.

Right after coming out of the font. She was cold.

Katie fixing her hair.

She is ready to get confirmed. Thanks Katie.

We can't thank everyone enough for supporting Anna today. We had a great turnout. My dad said he counted 36 adults alone in the confirmation room. Here are shots from the after party. We had a great day!

Congrats to Anna and You too! Julie won't believe it when I tell her, she looks so grown up:). What a special treat for Nathan to baptize her and big sis to do her hair, you are a smart mom!

I wish I could have been there! Anna is such a pretty girl, love that beautiful face! I would love to have my boys' pictures taken professionally like that....but how in the world do you choose which ones to frame?!
