She's 9

Today Anna got a very special birthday present. I don't think it was really much of a surprise.

 

 

Rachael turns 14

Racheal turned 14 today.  We had a darling cake and cupcakes, which she doesn't like, so we also had brownies.  This is how we party.

Where does the time go? It seems like he was just 23. You know how low key birthdays can get as you age. Well, this was definitely that. We had dinner at Ally and Wayland's house. I made this cake from scratch. I thought it was cool looking and not bad tasting either.

Rachael got to go on her first limo ride. She went to a birthday party and they were picked up from school in a limo.

End of June

We had a few activities to finish out the month. Most of them involved this:

I am so glad we built a pool a few years ago. Not only is it a great way to stay cool, it's a great place for a photoshoot.
